India\u2013Russia ties rest on a five-decade-long strategic foundation. During the Cold War, the Soviet Union was a reliable partner to New Delhi. In today\u2019s multipolar world, Russia continues to matter\u2014in energy, defence, and diplomacy.<\/p>\n
